Pablo Cavero is a Partner at Seeliger y Conde, the leading Executive Search firm in Spain and Latin America. Pablo´s focus is on Senior Executive placements, talent and leadership management in Banking, Financial Services, as well as other industries and functional areas. Pablo has a degree in Business Administration by the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and post graduation studies at INSEAD (Fontainebleau), Chicago, ESSEC, and Harvard Business School (AMP). He´s had several roles of leadership in the private sector until the Community of Madrid appointed him as Regional Minister for Transportation and Infrastructures, extended a year later to Transportation, Infrastructures and Housing. Until September 2016 he was City Counselor of the Partido Popular for the city of Madrid and Spokesperson for the district of Latina. For almost 20 years, he was member of the Board of Director of Barclays General Management in Spain and Europe; also a member of different Boards. He was Director of Strategic Planning for Western Europe and Director of Sales and Business Development for Personal and Business Banking for Spain.
