About Pablo Curty

My background is on Broadcasting, TV, film, press, events and in managing multicultural teams in many kind of environments. I have experience and knowledge to oversee and lead the planning, installations and operation of all areas involved in a live transmission and press of big events, such as Logistic, Production, Compound, CCR and Information Office installations, camera positions and platforms, finance, also planning and leading the rules and relations with the Right Holders, everything involved in a mixed zone and all areas designated to the Broadcasters and the Press, as well as knowledge to help with all the technical planning and operation, cabling, generators, power distribution and installations, etc. I am able to build and conduct relations in a diplomatic manner, I consider myself a good respectful leader of multicultural teams with years of experience in different kind of projects and in my own business, which also gave me large experience dealing with different kind of suppliers and price negotiations. I would call myself a good planning leader and a problem solver. My first job was when I was 14 in my father´s tyres shop. With 18 I got my Private plane license, I moved to US, where I worked as a driver, waiter and painter. US to Australia, where I worked in a tyres and mechanical car shop. Back to Brazil I graduated in Social communication / Journalism and as soon as I finished I moved to London, where I worked as a freelancer correspondent and producer of a Brazilian TV, as a cinema producer and as a waiter. From London to Cape Town SA to work as a journalist for a Brazilian TV. Back to Brazil I worked as a cinema producer and as producer of a international backpacker TV Show. After that 3 friend and I founded Cromaz.com, the first social network for neighbors in the world, today with users. Then I got my plane commercial license and I worked as a Pilot for a year. I also go couple of times every year to Walt Disney World as a tour guide.
