About Pablo Denti

Nature and the environment have always made me curious. For six years I worked on applying analytical chemistry to the analysis of water, air, soil and sediment contamination and to the forensic analysis of forest fires. I engaged in research, consultancy, teaching and dissemination activities. My journey continued for a couple of years at the intersection between environmental chemistry, biochar and ecosystem restoration combining project design and work in the field for a startup offering Nature-Based Solutions. Currently, I am advising on Ecosystem Service accounting, as well as on the analysis of nature-related impacts, dependencies, risks & opportunities to build Biodiversity Action Plans and Nature Positive strategies. I am proactive, analytical and independent, I thrive in interdisciplinary and dynamic environments where colleagues value constructive teamwork, professionalism and a positive attitude. Memberships and collaborations I am member of The Society for Ecological Restoration and I collaborate with the Giant Trees Foundation, an Italian non-profit association that connects stakeholders in the fields of arboriculture, tree climbing and sustainable forestry.
