I am a professional with over 20 years of experience leading teams and optimizing operations across various industries such as aerospace, defense, chemicals, manufacturing, and retail. My focus is on transforming operational processes, maximizing efficiency, and generating tangible value for organizations. Currently, I lead the Procurement department at Europavia España, managing an inventory of over items and a team of 16 people. I am responsible for the overall management of the company’s operational transactions (except for sales, logistics, and production), and I coordinate key processes such as customs management and obtaining import and export licenses. I develop BI tools to optimize decision-making, always focused on improving efficiency, reducing time, and maximizing resources. Through the implementation of digital solutions, I continuously seek to optimize and automate processes, contributing to the improvement of the organization’s operational efficiency. Throughout my career, I have implemented transformation strategies that have led to recurring savings and productivity improvements, including a 15% increase in processing capacity without increasing resources. Additionally, I am a transpersonal coach and deeply value personal and professional development, both for myself and my team. My current goal is to apply my digital transformation knowledge to optimize processes at a global level.
