About Pablo Haeussler

Software Engineer | Building impactful software, together. I thrive in collaborative environments where we can explore multiple solutions and leverage big-picture thinking to tackle complex challenges. My passion lies in creating well-designed, optimized software that makes a real difference. Whether it's contributing to a team at a large organization or a smaller startup, I'm driven by the desire to build software I'm truly proud of. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills as a Full-Stack Engineer, working across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure in the financial sector and a startup – experiences that span banking, pension funds, and more. I'm comfortable with a variety of languages (8 and counting!), with Python and JavaScript being my current favorites. My cloud experience includes both AWS and GCP platforms. I'm constantly curious about emerging technologies like AI, FinTech, security, and even sports! A Highlight: Innovation in Action A highlight of my career was building the innovative NFC payment project for Ripley Bank. Working on a close-knit team of 3, we tackled all aspects – from user flow and credit card enrollment to the payment process. This project emphasized the importance of agile methodologies, iteration, prioritization, and parallel development (e.g, defining design while exploring the SDK logic). Ultimately, the success of this project fueled my passion for building innovative and exceptional software.
