About Pablo Krause

I am a Solutions Designer, Engineer and Consultant, with a solid and extensive background in Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement spanning six years. I am expert at optimizing processes, and reengineering them from the ground up when necessary. In addition to having broad knowledge of the Annata IDMS automotive solution, I am a Certified Microsoft Professional with certifications in Dynamics AX Trade & Logistics and Dynamics AX Projects. Since 2013, It has been my privilege to be involved in the implementation of Dynamics AX and Annata IDMS at Minvest Group, Santiago, Chile. My involvement has been multi-faceted throughout all phases of the implementation. First, working as the External Process Analyst at the Diagnosis Phase provided me an understanding of the entire business model as well as the key elements of the industry. Later, as an External Advisor on the Design Phase, I assumed the role of Subject Matter Expert on vehicles for the importer, representing the client on many business decisions as acting Key User. Following the ‘Go Live’, I was recruited as Functional Consultant, and my current responsibilities include providing ongoing support for imports, retail and logistics. My interest is in the complex and dynamic Automotive Industry and is variants. It is important to anticipate future changes to this industry, and my vast experience has prepared me well for that challenge. Specialties: Process Analysis, Logistics,AX Dynamics, Annata IDMS.
