About Pablo Martinez

Two decades ago, I joined BCG’s journey to unlock the potential of those who advance the world. Throughout this voyage, I had the privilege to affect change in the consumer good and travel and tourism industry. Moving from Europe to develop my career at BCG in the Middle East, I have celebrated several milestones, from leading the Consumer Goods business and acting as a people chair, to leading our business in the region. Partnering with clients, I have the opportunity to contribute to the region’s development through impactful projects, including defining and designing tourism strategies at country levels, conceptualizing tourism development projects and helping airlines and airports capture greater opportunities. This mix of experiences across industries, regions and people has placed me in a unique position to: • Lead with integrity placing people at the heart of business operations • Advise on strategy, operations, governance, program management office and business model innovation • Champion diversity and inclusion • Drive change focusing and building on digital, climate and sustainability
