Broad knowledge in production in fresh and seawater, with experience in fish health, nutrition and feeding, genetics and breeding, data analysis and biosecurity. Also, important experience in certifications and sustainability, technology, Chilean aquaculture regulation, health and environmental challenges of the salmon industry. Relevant experience in negotiation processes for key supplier selections. Regulation and compliance management skills in intensive aquaculture production. Extensive experience leading diverse teams focusing on strategy definition, budgeting, KPI´s setting and measuring, control, reporting from productive, administrative and Human Resources perspective with focus on business’s efficiency. Senior management roles with CEOs and board reporting (English and Spanish), and extensive network both at national and international level.
