My previous experience has been working with property preservation and vendors in providing the best customer service possible. I have worked alongside clients, police officers, attorneys, realtors, homeowners, code enforcers, HOA, and appraisers to resolve any dilemmas that have come our way. I have also run daily and monthly reports for clients and property preservation management. In addition, throughout my years of working in this field, I have also gained the experience and knowledge of reviewing homeowners’ loans, the process of selling properties, reviewing completed work from vendors. Currently employed with Builders First Source. Experience with processing accurate and timely data entry of vendor invoices and credits, processing PO and non-PO invoices to proper coding, resolve PO and non-PO invoice Exceptions, ensure all customer emails are followed up in a timely manner, maintaining department SLA for acceptable processing volume & quality standards, and other duties assigned by management. Fully knowledgeable in the full cycle of accounts payable.
