About Pablo Mera

I'm the CEO of The LiveOps Guild, a specialized partner that helps studios keep their Live Games thriving through expert LiveOps and end-to-end Game Operations. Most studios want to move their teams to new projects, but their live titles still need constant attention: content cadence, events, monetization, QA, balance, pipelines and ongoing stability. When this support becomes inconsistent, performance drops and operational costs rise. We built The LiveOps Guild to solve this problem in a reliable, efficient and fully managed way. Our team has operated major live titles for DeNA, WB Games, nWay, Gala Games and others, consistently delivering predictable content cadence, up to 95% fewer production bugs, and infrastructure savings of $20K–$40K per month. We've also extended the lifespan of multiple aging games by several years through disciplined LiveOps, strong pipelines and stable operations. Before founding TLG, I spent more than 15 years as a Game Designer, Producer and LiveOps specialist across mobile, PC, AR and advergaming. My background in Information Technology allowed me to design balance systems, automate workflows, and build the tools and pipelines that make LiveOps faster and more reliable. That experience shapes how we operate games for clients today.
