Dr. Pablo Motta earned his MD from the UDELAR School of Medicine of Montevideo, Uruguay. He specialized in intensive care medicine in Uruguay. He pursued further adult and pediatric cardiac anesthesia training at Cleveland Clinic, holding positions at the Cleveland Clinic and the Baylor College of Medicine. Now an Associate Professor with Baylor, practicing at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. Dr. Motta leads the section anesthesia for adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) at Texas Children's and the special interest group in ACHD at the Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia Society. He is also active in resident and & fellow education and research.
