About Pablo Olmedo

As a senior student at Texas Wesleyan University, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance, with a keen interest in numbers, strategy, and financial markets. I am also a Microsoft Excel Certified Tutor, helping other students master this essential tool for data analysis and decision making. In addition to my academic and tutoring activities, I have gained valuable hands-on experience as a Front Desk Assistant at Texas Wesleyan, where I handle sensitive information, provide excellent customer service, and support the daily operations of the office. I also completed a four-month Finance Internship at Southlake Tennis Center, where I assisted with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Through these diverse roles, I have developed core competencies in communication, leadership, and problem-solving, as well as a strong work ethic and a growth mindset. I am a fast learner and a curious explorer, always eager to discover new things and challenge myself. I have also played competitive tennis all my life, achieving international rankings and honing my skills in managing pressure, teamwork, and performance. As I prepare to embark on the next chapter of my career, I am looking for opportunities to join a dynamic finance team, where I can contribute my skills and knowledge, learn from seasoned professionals, and make a positive impact. I am passionate about finance and its potential to create value, innovation, and social good.
