About Pablo Requena

Hi! I’m Pablo Requena—an aerospace engineer turned digital transformation consultant and project manager, passionate about using technology to improve how companies connect with their customers and employees. Over the past few years, I’ve led and supported national and international projects in CRM, marketing automation, and customer and employee experience (CX/EX), covering the full lifecycle: from strategy and implementation to operations and change management. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with diverse, high-performing teams and working closely with clients to deliver meaningful outcomes. Currently, I help organizations implement and operate customer and employee experience programs—primarily using Medallia as the core platform—while also maximizing the value of complementary technologies such as Salesforce, Veeva, and HubSpot. I work across multiple industries, including aviation, pharma, public sector, telecom, manufacturing, utilities, and retail, driving innovation and sustainable growth. I believe that technology is only impactful when it enhances human experiences. That’s why I focus not just on digital tools, but on building solutions that create lasting value for people—inside and outside the organization.
