My background includes transitioning large-scale platforms to modern stacks, building scalable UI systems, and driving A/B testing strategies to optimize user journeys and increase engagement. At Talent.com, I helped lead the transition from PHP to React, managed front-end architecture, and worked cross-functionally to align technical decisions with business goals. I also played a key role in a monetization-focused growth team, where I contributed directly to experiment design, user behaviour analysis, and conversion optimization. I thrive in collaborative environments where design, data, and development come together to solve meaningful problems.
