About Pablo Wegner

ENGLISH] I recently graduated as an Industrial Engineer with an IT Minor from the Adolfo Ibañez University (December 2019). I completed my 6-month internship in the United States at Alliance Tire Group, an industrial tire producing company. Some highlights from this work experience are: executing process improvements in the procurement and inventory management areas, working abroad in Mumbai, India at the head office and laboring alongside employees with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I am a natural group leader and creative out-of-the-box thinker that can quickly grasp concepts and ideas to materialize them towards the desired goal. My success is based on direct communication and well-thought-out propositions.[SPANISH] Recién egresado (diciembre 2019) como Ingeniero Civil Industrial con concentración en TI de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Realicé mi práctica profesional en los EE. UU en Alliance Tire Group, empresa dedicada a la fabricación y distribución de neumáticos industriales. Dicha práctica consistió en mejorar los procesos de reabastecimiento y almacenaje en sus centros de distribución; también contempló un viaje a Mumbai, India para trabajar en la sede matriz. Soy un líder de grupo innato, con una mente creativa capaz de conceptualizar desafíos rápidamente para entregar soluciones lógicas. Mi éxito se basa en la comunicación efectiva y propuestas debidamente elaboradas.
