My experience in London working as a general operative and a graduate Construction Manager has stood to me immensely as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering major developments on time and within budget, working with a range of client organisations including local authorities and contractors. When relocating to Australia I endeavoured in a career in recruitment due to the similarities I experienced in Ireland and the U.K. I like to be hands on and forward thinking in my approach utilising my skills and onsite experience. I’ve since worked my way through the ranks and now run our EWS Recruitment, Melbourne branch in Docklands, Victoria. My aim is to assist contractor projects from conception to completion with a particular emphasis on quality personnel management, OHS advice and delivery.
