About Paddy Warren

Passionate about hospitality and operations, I am a driven individual with a diverse background in the industry. Currently pursuing my studies at Exeter University, studying BSc Business Management, I am committed to acquiring a comprehensive understanding of business operations to complement my hands-on experience. My journey in hospitality began as a bartender during a thrilling ski season, where I honed my customer service skills in a fast-paced environment while embracing the unique challenges of catering to a diverse clientele. Transitioning to a role as a Shift Manager at a local pub, I have thrived in a leadership capacity, overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Eager to further develop my expertise in operations management, I am motivated to explore opportunities that allow me to leverage my practical knowledge and academic foundation to drive efficiencies and elevate standards within the hospitality sector. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a commitment to continuous improvement, I am poised to make a meaningful impact in any operational role within the industry.
