Have extensive experience on Amisys Advance product and Health Insurance and Health Care Domain. Worked on Membership, Claims, Premium Billing and Provider subsystems. Knowledgeable on Benefits and Pricing modules. Performed functional analysis of the major work flows and did impact analysis of the proposed enhancements. Member of product development team, participated in the development of the solution design and review meetings. Proactive in identifying the functional training needs of the organization and make appropriate schedule and strategy to meet the training needs of the resources. Review test cases and Guide QA resources in the functional and regression testing. As part of EDW work, participate in business meetings, document requirements/ user stories, prepare file layout, identify the source tables and columns, prepare data extraction criteria, develop transformational logic to fetch data as per target file requirement. Primary Responsibilities include Participate in Requirements/design review meetings, Participate in JAD sessions. Work closely with Development and QA team to help configure data for different test scenarios. Review Documented requirements and work with the user to help him use the new services developed to ensure that it meets all the requirements. Worked on Amisys Advance (Health Insurance payer) and Accountable Care Team applications. Worked on healthcare clinical and Provider domain Services for United Health Care consuming applications. Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methods. Have experience in COBOL, SQL.
