I bring over 17 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Education, Content Development, Curriculum design, Cambridge Examiner and teaching at the post-secondary level. My educational journey began with the completion of Bachelors from Bharathiar University and Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, followed by achieving M.Sc(B.T),M.Phil,M.B.A (H.R),M.Ed and M.Sc(Psy). Additionally, I hold a Honours B.ED(Diploma in School Administration) from Bharathiar University,Tamilnadu Teachers Education University and Madurai Kamarajar University.I have successfully completed 12 professional development programs which includes workshops, Mentorship and Leadership program offered by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of instructing a diverse range of subjects within both the CBSE/ICSE and Cambridge International Education Curricula. I firmly believe that integrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) into our lessons is instrumental in delivering high-quality education. My strengths lie in my profound knowledge of teaching subjects, my ability to tailor instruction to individual students, and the establishment of excellent rapport not only within the classroom but also outside it. I firmly adhere to the philosophy that education should incorporate practical skills and real-life examples to foster a richer learning experience for students.
