Hi, I’m Padmini – a Chartered Accountant who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and problem-solving. My career began in Product Control at Standard Chartered (FX Options Desk), where I sharpened my analytical skills, process control expertise, and ability to resolve complex trader inquiries—earning recognition from peers, seniors, and a GFS Award. At Barclays (Loans PC), I built controls for system migration to LIQ, managed clearing adjustments, and investigated data integrity breaks, ensuring accuracy through change. What excites me most is turning numbers into narratives that drive smarter decisions. Whether it’s strengthening financial controls, analyzing variances, or exploring how macroeconomics impacts profitability, I enjoy connecting financial insights to business strategy.
