Page is currently a Team Lead on the North American Core Projects Team at Korn Ferry. For the past seven years, she has been a staffing and recruitment partner for numerous clients including Mondelez International, Madison Square Garden, Ferrara Candy Co, Prysmian Group and Johnson & Johnson. As a key contact person for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, she identifies and defines recruitment needs and talent sourcing strategies - advising line managers on the best way to approach recruitment and make informed decisions. She has over sixteen years’ experience in mid-to-senior level search focusing in fiercely competitive markets with assignments in sectors such as Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Engineering and Manufacturing. Page brings robust, full cycle recruiting experience to the KF Projects Team. She is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for clients across all industries. Earlier in her career, she worked for organizations across a broad client base, including software implementation, technology, and the industrial and manufacturing industries. She also spent six years in accounting and finance agency recruiting. Page brings a unique mix of both corporate talent acquisition and agency recruiting on a national level. Page holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
