About Paige Docking

I’m a Business Analyst at BC Emergency Health Services with a strong focus on both data analysis and systems/process improvement. Working within the data team, I’ve been leading the operational rollout a new data platform aimed at improving accessibility and usability of our data across the organization. The platform is designed to support better decision making by making reliable data easier to find and work with. My work often involves connecting teams with the information they need, streamlining internal processes, and building practical ways to track and improve how we use data. I’m also involved in data analysis and validation work to ensure accuracy and consistency of our data. I'm particularly interested in improving workflows and enabling data to be a more useful tool in daily operations and long term planning. Technical Skills Include- Python programming for data analysis and automation - Microsoft Power Query and advanced Excel formulas - Data visualization and dashboard creation - Data cleansing and validation - Regex (for data cleaning and parsing)- Business process mapping using Visio
