About Paige Manso
For the past 7 years I have worked with individuals to help them with long-term behavior change to improve their health. After years of working alongside individuals, I saw the need for mindset training along with education and goal-setting. This need paved the path for the creation of the Emotional Eaters Anonymous Program. As a Registered Dietitian, I created this program as a way of helping emotional eating women build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle and repair their relationship with food, fitness, and most importantly - themselves. This program is all-encompassing and life altering. I created this program to give back to my younger-self & all of the other countless women trapped by diet culture and emotional eating. The creation of this company is my life's purpose, and I will spend all of my days ahead working towards that goal.
