Strategic environmental communicator and public education leader with 7 years of experience managing outreach and engagement programs across California. I specialize in translating complex regulations and science into clear, motivating messages—spanning stormwater, hazardous waste, integrated pest management, organics recycling, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). As Operations Manager for Thermostat Care (a CA-DTSC-regulated mercury thermostat safe collection and disposal program), I lead compliance communications, stakeholder education, and program strategy across 686 collection locations statewide. In parallel, I manage outreach and education for a range of city and county public agency clients, which includes developing strategic messaging, e-newsletters, press releases, factsheets, blog posts, website content, and social media campaigns. I hold dual degrees in Society & Environment (emphasis in U.S. Environmental Policy and Management) and Media Studies from UC Berkeley, where I built a foundation in environmental policy, journalism, communications, marketing, and public relations. As a survivor of pediatric cancer and a rare neurological disorder strongly linked to environmental contamination near my childhood home, I bring lived experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to environmental justice and equity to every project I support.
