About Paije Nobles

I am a registered dietitian and received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Auburn University. After receiving my Bachelor’s, I worked for WIC providing nutritional education and support for children and families. At the same time, I worked part-time at Mayo Clinic until transitioning into a full-time position. While at Mayo Clinic, I provided medical nutrition therapy to a diverse population and worked closely with medical professionals. Once I entered my dietetic internship I had the opportunity to do a rotation with Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders. That is when my passion to work in the mental health field grew. I currently work with adolescents and adults at Rosewood, treating patients at a partial hospitalization level of care and intensive outpatient level of care. I am an active member of Iaedp and the secretary for the Phoenix Chapter. I follow an “all foods fit” approach to reduce the shame and guilt from the “good” food “bad” food mentality. My goal is to help my patients improve their relationship with food and provide them with a safe place where they can be themselves
