Graduated with a Master FOQUAL (Formulation, Analysis and Quality) from University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis, I started my career in Grasse where I developed a strong interest on natural essential oils, the culture, harvest and the different methods of extraction of Raw materials. I acquired during my studies deep knowledge on organic chemistry, analysis techniques (HPLC, CPG, IR, RMN & mass spectrometry), but also in formulation (emulsion, surfactant, rheology, encapsulation) as well as in quality assurance. Since 2008, I have worked for Givaudan in Geneva where I managed projects in different areas conducting business analysis to identify new opportunities and solutions. Working in English and French I have built over the years an expertise in regulatory affairs applicable to the Fragrance industry. Recently I have added sustainability into my scope of work with projects related to Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit-sharing. I use my analytical skills and synthetic mind to define action plans and I keep an open mind to other disciplines of my sector of activity that I find fascinating.
