Hi, I’m Paulo! Well! I hope that everything is In 1992, I was hired to work in IT at the age of 5, and it was the best thing that could have happened at that time, because I had access to a very powerful tool that helps me in the process of self-knowledge and expanding my consciousness. My mission is to facilitate the innovation process, conveying the message clearly, serving as a path for the development of Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0 to reach its maximum potential, transforming the lives of employees and families into sustainable structures. Over the course of 20 years, I have built a career focused on user support, quality, processes, business, projects and IT governance. With this background, I develop improvement solutions, using best practices in Process Automation and No & Low-Code Language, LLM and GenIA. I am an entrepreneurial professional driven by the challenge of transforming businesses and providing solutions that go beyond the obvious. I believe that the biggest difference in any organization is its people. My management style is based on servant leadership principles, aiming to promote an environment where teams feel part of the entire process and not just as a tool, providing direction to achieve extraordinary results, through empathy and dissemination of knowledge. My goal is bring more ethics and transparency to companies through strategic solutions that generate greater visibility and efficiency for the corporation, promoting sustainability. As an AI Research, I architect and orchestrate innovative solutions to optimize processes and increase the perception of value in each project delivered.
