About Pal Ghumman

Pal has been a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1995 and the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario since 1991. He has over 23 years of experience in public accountancy. Along with traditional accounting, audit, and tax services, his concentration is business advisory for privately held companies and its stakeholders. Pal serves as an advisor to an Advisory Board whose members consist of stakeholders and directors of privately held companies and is actively engaged in assisting International companies establishing businesses in Canada. Whether a start up business, the development of cash management tools, presentation to lenders/investors, or arranging buy-sell agreements, his 'hands on' management consulting responsibilities has assisted clients in the development and performance of their business. Pal's ability to understand lending criteria established by Canadian Chartered Banks has resulted in the successful placement of financing for privately held companies. As a result of Pal's extensive knowledge and training in accounting software and computer hardware, he has steered the planning and implementation of accounting information system for many of the firm's clients. He is highly motivated to enhance the clients' performance by using the latest technology. Pal is also a Cross Border Tax specialist and implemented successful corporate structures to hold US real estates. His practice specializes in complinace of US tax work for busniess, personal, Trust and gift tax returns.
