I have a vast experience in Telecommunications Networks: Business Process Management and Improvement, supporting the design and development of the Workforce Management solutions. I supported business with day-to-day operations e.g, Product Development (new enhanced), introduction of new technology or the development of process related documentation.Im accountable for the, implementation and management of a customer care technology service strategies, programs and channel migration & roll out. The key responsibilities are to establish and maintain the strategic partnerships and technology & service providers; the operational maintenance of customer care channel services; channel migration targets, the go to market strategy for service channels, customer base adoption and execution of customer care service strategies.Im responsible for the management of Broadband technologies, DSL, FTTH and FTTH Voice services Assurance and Fulfilment, including Fibre ONT's Remote Service Activations, to successfully respond to shifting business needs and priorities. I have the ability to build strong rapport with people and I believe in continued customer service improvement and success. I am dedicated to my job and ties a lot of my self-worth to my job and in a changing organisation.
