I have been with the company for over eight years, starting as a Senior HR Executive in 2016, and have contributed to the recruitment, training, development, and retention of talent across various departments and levels. I have also implemented and improved HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. I have a strong background in human resources management and services, having completed my MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2012, and my BBA from Sangmeshwar College, Solapur in 2010. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and use them to create reports, presentations, and documents for HR purposes.
