About Pallavi Parab

Tech Strategy and Transformation Consultant with over 5 years of experience helping organizations in financial services and education translate complex challenges into actionable strategies. I thrive at the intersection of business and technology, where I can lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and drive measurable outcomes. My work spans digital transformation, agile delivery, IT operating models, and risk management, where I have partnered with senior stakeholders to align technology with business strategy and improve operational resilience. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions, fostering collaboration, and mentoring teams to achieve their best. Recently, I have been expanding my expertise in cybersecurity, earning the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) credential, and I’m eager to bring a security-aware mindset to transformation initiatives. I enjoy working in open, collaborative environments where new ideas are welcomed, perspectives are shared, and challenges push me to grow. I am looking for opportunities where I can wear multiple hats, leverage my experience in tech strategy and agile project management, and continue learning in impactful, high-growth roles.
