About Pallavi Priya

I am serving at Govardhan Ecovillage, where I work on sustainability projects such as turning banana plant waste into beautiful, useful products, making bioenzymes, managing waste, developing sustainability education curriculum, and creating content that inspires conscious living.I’m a social entrepreneur and digital creator who loves working on ideas that bring real change to people and the planet.I started Cause for Celebration, a nonprofit initiative that serves and uplifts underprivileged and low-income communities through small acts of care and empowerment. Along with that, I run Eco-Friendly World, a digital platform that spreads awareness on climate action and sustainable living in line with the UN SDG goals. For over 10 years, I’ve been part of various social projects — planning events, ideating campaigns, and volunteering for causes close to my heart like climate action, women’s safety, and child development. I have been interviewing climate activists from across the world through my podcast. My work has been featured in The Better India, Dettol, and leading newspapers. Alongside my social work, I have over 11 years of experience in the IT industry as an Oracle DBA and love learning new technologies that can be used for good.I truly believe that if we’re capable of something, we should share it with those who need it most.If you’d like to collaborate or support in any way, I’d be happy to connect.
