About Pallavi Solanki

I'm a Scrum Master who enjoys helping teams work together smoothly and grow stronger over time. I focus on creating a positive work environment where people feel supported, heard, and motivated to do their best.Using agile and scrum principles, I guide cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful solutions that meet customer needs. I believe in servant leadership—my role is to support the team, remove blockers, and encourage continuous learning.I regularly facilitate scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. I also help teams improve their processes and adopt agile practices in a way that feels natural and sustainable. My goal is to make sure the team’s work aligns with the company’s vision, while keeping collaboration and transparency at the heart of everything we do.
