Dev relevant ER procedures and how they relate to the foreseeable accident scenarios. Including monitoring and critiquing Operations’ emergency drills to ensure that adequate awareness of operation emergency procedures exists. Provide leadership in all ER-related activities and minimize potential risks by requiring compliance with all BP HSE management system standards / policies, and safe work practices. Create and maintain a “live” ERP and exercises for each operating area through interactions and visits. Provide leadership in deploying necessary resources to support ER Preparadness with Permit-To-Work and other control of work processes in all operating areas to ensure compliance with Safe Work Practices in all activities, as required 5. Ensure that all work teams understand validated emergency plan and scenarios for their assigned areas and take an active role in reviewing and establishing proper control and emergency preparedness. Actively measure site ER capability and performance both for the emergency responders and the workforce. Work with technical expertise and resources in ensuring competency of ERTand capabilities by developing essential and active competency gap training program. Identify gaps in crisis and incident management system, effectiveness and alignment with BSTy. Involved in investigations of incidents when necessary 10. Working with other HSE advisors and site team to review applicable lessons learned and deliver opportunity for improvement at Tangguh. Ensure availability of resources, including contractor to support delivery and quality emergency response team. Support HSE assurance processes, including audits and closure of follow up actions. Ensure availability and functionality of emergency response equipment and facilities to support effective response. Develop and maintain competency of the ERT and IMT. Develop and Review IMT as well as Fire and ERP
