Growing up, I always found joy in tackling challenges & uncovering solutions. This passion led me to become an engineer, and later, to pursue an MBA, blending technical expertise with business acumen. Over time, I discovered my true calling as a Product Manager—a role that allows me to combine creativity, strategy & execution to build impactful products. For over 8 years, I’ve been at the intersection of technology and innovation, navigating the intricate world of Product Lifecycle Management and Project Delivery. Having worked predominantly in BFSI, where I’ve helped organizations bring customer-centric, innovative products to life using my IDEA framework, which has consistently guided me in turning ideas into reality. What truly drives me is my passion for understanding customer needs and behaviors. By diving deep into market research and customer feedback, I uncover opportunities for enhancements and innovative features. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Technology—has been an integral part of my daily work, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. I also bring strong expertise in project management through sprint planning, using tools like Confluence & JIRA to track progress and meet deadlines. I believe in continuous refinement of product strategies and optimization of user experiences, ensuring every product not only meets but exceeds expectations. Beyond work, I am endlessly curious about the world. I find joy in reading, traveling, and immersing myself in diverse cultures and perspectives. This curiosity fuels me to approach challenges with a fresh perspective. I deeply believe in the power of giving back to the world and creating a positive impact beyond personal and professional achievements.
