About Pam Dailey

I began my career in the marina industry as a clerk in the ship store in 1995. I am a very quick learner and after a couple of years, I moved into engine parts sales and was then promoted to parts manager. After two years as parts manager, the position of Service Coordinator was added to my duties. I learned what I know by jumping in feet first and really listening to the experienced techs around me. I also completed a course through Mercury Marine and am a Certified Service Manger through Mercury. It has been a very rewarding career in a man's world. I really enjoy surprising customers who don't think a woman could possibly answer their questions, and then they find out I usually can. I worked a six day week seven months out of the year for 25 years so I really appreciate weekends in the winter. I am married with two grown children and five amazing, beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I recently relocated to Whitehall, Michigan where he accepted a job as Service Manager. After taking a brief hiatus, I will be looking for a new job in the area soon. I do prefer to continue in the marine parts & service field to further utilize my years of knowledge and experience in marine parts and the marina industry as a whole.
