About Pam Devries

I possess significant experience in Project Management, and have excelled at assisting clients in the launch, deployment and delivery of large marketing and training initiatives across the country. I am a team player actively involved in all aspects of my project deliverables. I have worked closely with numerous third-party providers such as facilitators, curriculum designers/writers, delivery team members, graphic designers, videographers, caterers, as well as handled booking the training/event venues and travel arrangements. I managed the overall budgets to ensure flawless program delivery. I have also managed Point of Sale (POS) materials, Product Launch Guides and other exciting product and print materials. I have actively been involved in Contact Centre Management & Training and assisted in the development of training materials and monitored the performance of each call centre specialist to identify areas where additional training may be required, as well as taken the lead on difficult calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. I am involved with a Volunteer Association, the TaraBoom Foundation (established to financially assist families whose children have been diagnosed with life threatening illnesses. I am a genuine people person and possess strong communication skills with my clients, co-workers and management with proven leadership and customer focus.
