About Pam Fraser

I have been a licensed REALTOR for over 30 years and hold my broker’s license. I've lived in North San Diego County and sold real estate here since 1988. Prior to entering the real estate field, I was a college instructor. My background as an educator allows me to inform and educate my clients about their options and opportunities throughout their transactions so they can make the best possible real estate decisions. My primary goal is to give my clients the best real estate experience I can whether that means getting them the highest price for their homes or finding them the perfect home. I use my problem solving skills, strong marketing and negotiating abilities, knowledge of the ever changing real estate market and lots of hard work to meet my clients’ needs at the highest level possible. The majority of my business is repeat and referral due to my experience, happy clients and long term residency in North San Diego County where I live with my husband and three children. In my free time I am pursuing my second degree black belt in taekwondo and enjoy outdoor activities like gardening, hiking, bicycling, skiing, and going to the beach.
