In addition to not only retaining but providing continuous growth opportunities within the organization to existing employees. Honored to offer and constantly evolve an employee mentor program, GFA University, Tuition Reimbursements, and more to assist in promoting personal and professional growth. Striving to maintain a work space where your voice can be heard, annually, an employee wide survey is conducted to better understand the wants and needs of the Better Banking Team. Employee recognition programs have been implemented such as the GFA Rising Star Program, the Unsung Hero Award, and new as of 2020 the President’s Gold Standard Award. Annual and Quarterly reviews are conducted both as an outlet for employees to share their voice and to continuously move forward in the team members plan of success. Proud to be a leader in the movement for Better Banking: Better for our Members, Employees and our Community. As a team, GFA volunteers over 200 hours annually throughout our ten town footprint in addition to educational seminars, financial literacy, student advisory and reality fairs, and community events. The Credit Union continuously provides new outlets for the GFA team to give back within the community. Pleased to sit on the Board of Directors for the Gardner Chamber of Commerce, am actively involved in the Relay for Life Program and the annual United Way Campaign.
