As a 2ASSISTU Assistant, I play a broad and essential supportive role within the organization. I work closely with colleagues to ensure that everything is well-organized, ongoing matters are followed up, and processes run smoothly. My responsibilities are diverse and include coordinating daily operational activities, handling a wide range of ad-hoc requests, and supporting management with various projects. I manage multiple team calendars, assist with the planning and organization of meetings and events, and provide accurate meeting minutes with efficient follow-up on action points. In addition, I process expense claims and oversee facility-related tasks, allowing the team to fully focus on their core work. In my role, I work in a structured and independent manner, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Thanks to my flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, I provide effective support on both operational and strategic levels. By bringing structure and clarity, I serve as a reliable and steady support within the team.
