About Pam Matula

My career has taken a few unexpected turns — from running a 212K SF corporate real estate portfolio to building product teams in SaaS — and honestly, the throughline has always been the same: I like figuring out how things should work and then building the systems to make them run. At Eptura, I've led product management for a workplace product line and, more recently, taken on and continued to build out the Product Operations function — creating the frameworks, processes, and connective tissue that help multiple product teams move together. A lot of that work lives in the spaces between teams: cross-functional launch programs, dependency tracking, feedback loops that actually close. I tend to be the person engineering trusts to keep things grounded and the person leadership trusts to keep things moving — and I've learned that being genuinely organized isn't a soft skill, it's a force multiplier. I care a lot about the people side too. Building a team, developing someone's skills, getting the right process in place so good work can happen consistently — that's the part that sticks with me. Lately I've been leaning hard into AI as a delivery accelerator — finding the places in the product lifecycle where it shortens the loop without cutting corners. Honestly, being an early adopter isn't new for me — I just keep finding new things worth adopting.
