About Pam Pearson

Pam Pearson is a Professional Community Economic Developer, receiving her certification from the Community Development Institute at Lone Star College in The Woodlands Texas. She is currently employed by the City of Wills Point in the positions of City Administrator, Administrator for Wills Point Economic Development Corporation, and Airport Manager for Van Zandt County Regional Airport. Her demonstrated skills in the government relations industry include Business Retention and Expansion, Budgeting, Grassroots Organizing, Entrepreneurship and Non-Profits. She promotes her community, region and state, by serving as an active member of East Texas Economic Development District and the I-20 East Corridor Group, She is a past president of the North East Texas Economic Developers Round Table and current Board Member of Workforce Solutions East Texas under the guidance of the Texas Workforce Commission, where she serves as the Chairperson of the Economic Development Committee. In 2018 and 2014, she was awarded the Wills Point Rotary Club's Service Above Self Award. Pam was recognized as the Wills Point Pilot Club Sweetheart in 2015, Wills Point Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year in 2014 and Van Zandt County's Woman of the Year.
