Pam serves as Executive Director/CEO for the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority, a local government body that owns the Dayton Convention Center, Dayton, Ohio. The Board of Directors, staff and partners are committed to the transformation of the Center and the downtown core, that serves as an economic driver for the region. She is the contract administrator for the venue and has direct responsibility for all vendors/partners operating at the facility. The Dayton Convention Center completed a $45 million major renovation, completed in June 2026, and Pam led the construction project that now positions the facility as a best-in-class convention center. Pam’s daily responsibilities include board governance, finance and tax administration, and economic development.
