About Pam Pope

I joined Coast2Coast Lending in 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge acquired over the last three decades. My background includes working in many different mortgage capacities, including Real Estate Mortgage Underwriter, Loan Originator, Real Estate Broker, Accountant, Financial Advisor and Counselor. Having exposure to different sides of the business has helped me understand the process inside and out, and therefore facilitate smooth and fast closings for all my clients. I have received multiple awards for both Million Dollar Production Club and Realtor of the Year. After studying accounting in college, I decided to combine my passion for numbers with real estate. Since becoming a Loan Consultant, I have been happily serving both first-time buyers and experienced homeowners. I love overcoming any challenges to help save the day and be a ‘mortgage hero’ for my clients. There is nothing more rewarding than being a part of an important journey in people’s lives. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children, caring for family and friends, and playing tennis. I stay involved in community outreach events, serving on both the Community Redevelopment Committee and the Salem/Roanoke Valley Chamber of Commerce. I also volunteer at the Children’s Fishing Carnival, annual Christmas Parade, Dogwood Parade, and LOA Luncheon Charity, supporting my church’s music ministries.
