About Pam Raymond
Pam Raymond is a Mi’kmaq and Abenaki Métis woman. She has a passion for lifelong learning and has completed the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the University of Saskatchewan’s Regina Campus in March 2019. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psyc) from the University of Regina, a Certificate in Intercultural Leadership through First Nations University of Canada and a Certificate in Reality Therapy. She has a strong interest in issues related to Indigenous health as well as program development in direct relation to community programming and participatory action research methodology. Pam is currently a member of the Canadian Indigenous Nurses Association and the Canadian Nursing Students’ Association and she has been the Nursing Co-Chair for the Aboriginal Rural and Remote Health Group. All of her volunteer and work experience has been in the human services sector.
