I have been told I bring sparks of creativity that makes banking exciting and rewarding. As a leader, I create a work environment for team members to learn, be challenged and to enjoy. I am supportive of my team and provide mentoring, coaching and training for all employees to succeed. I leverage strengths, develop areas of opportunities and ensure successes are celebrated along the way- big or small! I approach every day with passion, enthusiasm, commitment to excellence and a sense of humor. I like to say I’m “In It With Heart”. I am a well-respected leader who is known for being detailed-oriented, a good communicator, a persistent goal setter, adept in utilizing industry knowledge to solve issues and ensuring client satisfaction while creating a positive environment that is inclusive for all team members. I’m about passion, people and performance and I am now in a position offering me new opportunities and fresh challenges. I am a proud graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School, University of Washington, which the experience of attending can only be described as AWESOME!
