About Pam Satterly

Currently my position is Global Trainer of all team members at our facility. I designed all the training materials and also the training DOJO. I love training team members and helping them to learn about their jobs and about KYT, management skills, soft skills, change point, 5 why and things that can help them grow with the company. After Covid hit I was put into several positions to help in other areas. I was put into HR where I have helped with insurance duties, Paycom, covid related issues, hiring and searching for team members that can help our company to grow. I believe that your team members are the most important part of a company and we as a HR team should be there for our team. I also have been helping to learn the safety aspect of the company working to help with investigations, workmans comp issues etc. I am the Chair of our learning conference of the BAMA group a part of the Toyota learning program! This is my second term as serving this role. I work closely with many companies to help solve issues and work on bettering our companies in many ways.
