Pamela is a civil litigation attorney with experience representing clients in both litigation and regulatory matters. She honed an array of litigation skills, such as legal drafting, managing discovery, and advising clients on strategy, in diverse roles with Am Law 200 firms. As an attorney in the commercial litigation group at Riker Danzig, Pamela was tapped to represent and advise a leading global financial services company. She conducts factual investigations and research, assesses claims and potential liability exposure, and directly counsels clients on efficient resolution of claims. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Pamela served was an attorney with global law firm Foley & Lardner, where she was seconded to serve as Special Counsel to a multinational financial services giant. She represented the company in a range of matters, such as class action and derivative lawsuits. As part of her work, Pamela conducted intake for legal complaints, drafted pleadings, appeared at depositions, and developed litigation strategy. In addition to her litigation experience, Pamela represents clients in regulatory matters involving a range of agencies, such as FINRA, the SEC, CFTC, and NFA. She works with clients to gather responsive documents, provides legal guidance, and serve as a liaison between clients and outside counsel. Pamela secured her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Steven C. Mannion, U.S.M.J, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to her career as an attorney, Pamela spent several years as a paralegal for Credit Suisse and Epstein, Becker & Green, where she worked on Employment Law matters.
