I'm a dedicated Sales Manager with 5+ years of B2B/ B2C sales and marketing experience as well as10+ years of award winning customer service experience. I have helped companies develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that have touched over US$ 7M in revenue. Some examples of my success include: Being an Assistant Director of Sales at Integra, I was able to manage, collaborate, and organize highly successful B2B/B2C teams. My focus on open communication, growth development and sales systems created an environment that reduced turn over by 20%. By Developing new customer relationships and reinforcing key account management skills we saw an increase in total revenue of US$ 2.5M for our company when moving into my leadership role. As a certified English professor at Instituto Exclusivo, I created and developed a preparatory program for university students looking to pass their TOEFL entrance exam. Collaborating with my team I was able to create and organize a successful program that saw an 80% success rate amongst our students. I then took that success and marketed the program utilizing several different social media platforms. With our marketing strategy we saw a 30% increase in our total revenue from Q2 to Q3 due to this program alone. Work in the Outdoor Industry is and forever will be a passion of mine. When working for Vail Resorts I was able to be part of several successful departments. As Corral Manager I managed and ran a multi million dollar facility that provided customers with an experience of a lifetime. It provided me with the foundation to learn how to develop and grow a campaign. In our first year of operation we received several awards in safety and customer service.
