About Pamela de Jong

We believe it is important to invest our time to understand what you are working toward before you invest your money. What is important to you becomes the focus for our process to help you achieve your goals with us at Edward Jones. Working closely with you and other professionals as needed, I will help you determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you to reach those goals. Furthermore, we will partner with you together throughout your life to keep you on track! I joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor in 2014, opening the firm's third branch office in the North Bend/Coos Bay Area, OR. I received my AAMS™, Accredited Asset Management Specialist™, designation in 2017. The College for Financial Planning® awards the AAMS™ designation to individuals who successfully complete a 12-module professional education program, pass a final exam, commit to its code of ethics and agree to pursue continuing education. As a 1984 graduate of Boise State University in Idaho and a 2006 graduate of Dominican University in California, I hold an MBA in strategic leadership and have 30-plus years in the finance industry. I have lived in Coos County since 2006 and have been active in business and civic affairs since 2007. I am a member of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and Zonta Club of the Coos Bay Area. I am on the board of directors for the Small Business Development Center, SCDC Inc, and the University Center at Southwestern Oregon Community College. My branch office administrator and business partner, Michele Hampton, has been with Edward Jones since 2022 and spent 34 years previously in the banking industry.
